Yes they will sell the dualshock 3 controller with a ps3 when it comes out. The controllers itself come out on April 15 2008

Some other good games other than those include: Turok, The Bigs, Final Fantasy, Metal gear Solid 4, Ratchet and Clank tools of destruction, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, warhawk, Devil May Cry 4, Army of Two, Rainbow six Vegas two, Motorstorm.

Pros: Ps3= Blu-ray disk reader so you can watch blu ray movies, free online play against other gamers, Internet browser and wireless built in.

Cons: Ps3= no headset included, no backwards compatibility with ps2 or ps1, Long load times, loud fan sounds at times, very large, no rumble controllers as of now but will be availabe later, does not include a hdmi cord so you can play hi-def games right out of the box

1. The 40GB PS3 is the only PS3 that can't play PS2 games.

2. The only difference between those 2 that you listed is that one 40GB PS3 has the Spiderman 3 Blu-Ray DVD and the other one doesn't have the Spiderman 3 Blu-Ray DVD packaged with it.

3. The 80GB PS3 in June will have the Dualshock 3 controller packaged with it, but I'm not sure about what Sony will do with the 40GB. I'm sure that Sony is going to start packing the Dualshock 3 controller with the 40GB PS3's soon too.

PROS: Don't forget that ps3 gives you blu-ray. And 360 charges you for a HDDVD Drive which has lost the war for 199.99. Graphics are actually better however they put games on 360 first so they have to down grade it before they put it on ps3. So it won't look as good. However games that are only on ps3 look fantastic. Ps3 had the SIXAXIS controller. Uses blutooth and has wi-fi.

CONS: The fan is kinda loud but it is a good thing because it keeps the ps3 cool unlike 360 which has a 33% chance of breaking.

1.) only certain models can play ps2 games (20,60 and 80 gb) all of these models have been discontinued permanently except for the 80 gb which will come with metal gear solid 4 and a dualshock 3 controller (which rumbles and has the motion sensor) and will retail for about $500

2.) The 1st ps3 is a bundle that comes with spider man the movie. the 2nd ps3 is just a normal 40 gb ps3 that only comes with the basic stuff (controller,cables, ac adapter)

the new ps3s have an online update to play ps2 games.

the 40gb has 2 usb outs and no sd card inputs, the 80gb has 4 usb outs and some sd card inputs.

i think that a new bundle will include the dual shock 3 in a couple months

Good games: Heavenly Sword, Haze, Metal Gear Solid 4, Viking, Condemned 2, Final Fantasy 13, Gran Tourismo, Killzone2, just to name a few...

the biggest pros for the ps3 are: blu ray HD movies, 50gb blu ray game discs vs 9 gb xbox dvd discs, free online and web browser, reliable

cons: doesnt come with the HDMI cable for HD picture ($50)

hasnt been out as long as xbox, so it has less games available (although most new games are now available for both systems)

I think that the PS3 is just as good as xbox 360 but xbox live is a little better but i thinks since the ps3 live is free i go with PS3
