2000 Mustang Gt gearing. 2100 RPM @ 70 Mph?

Purchased a '00 Mustang GT automatic a couple of months ago. (I know what some would say, but I'm getting older and have to deal with heavy traffic occasionaly.) With my previous GT's (5 speed) the tach would read around 1800 rpm at 70 mph vs 2100 rpm with this one. Is the difference based on optional gear ratios or is what I have now a standard ratio with the automatic transmission?

4 gears in the auto, 5 in manual, obviously coudlnt have all the same ratios.

300 RPM is nothing to worry about and sounds to me like its right on.
