how can i get music off of my friends ipod onto my computer?
when i plug it in, it registers, and i can make a playlist, but theres no burn button.
is it even possible to do this?

I don't have my iPod on me but I remember if you go into a new windows where theres a tab called tools at the top click folder options in it. Then click the tab view in folder options and scroll down until you can choose show hidden folders. Go into your friends iPod in my computer after that if he enabled it to act like a USB flash drive as well and there should be some new folders that pop up there that look kinda see through. If you go into one of em far enough then you'll see a bunch of music files with weird names but that's his songs. You gotta rename em yourself though. If you try gettin em through iTunes then it'll just sync the iPod and delete the songs I think.

u have to open my computer then u see the ipod as a removable disk copy paste to where ever u want it the upen itunes and import the folder
