(It doesn't sound like you need another sentence here, but just start a new paragraph.)

These entrepreneurs possess the three necessary qualities for success: passion, commitment, and dedication.”

I think what motivates me is the sheer size and complexity of xxx, they give me a real buzz; I quite enjoy living on the edge. Working at xxx satisfies me in a way that only this type of challenge can, and provides me with an exhilaration I believe is essential to a job done well. A business always depends on its people, and we have some really good quality people in the business, and I think everybody in our game, in our market are totally committed because it’s quite fun and they are passionate about what they do. I think that’s always a good thing to have in business: passion, commitment and dedication.

Your second sentence (even more than the first) is a classic run-on but this should work to some degree.
