OK this is a long one but i really need help?
ok my husband had a vas reversal in july 07 we have been ttc sence then i have been on clomid 50mg days 5-9 sense jan. march i had an hsg on day 9 calender day 19. my husband had a seman analysis on the same day. my test were normal but they said that he had very low motility. with only 6%mobile. the doc put him on a steroid to boost his count and ibrophin to help with any inflamation. so i ovulated on march 25 and for the last few days i have had a pain in my left side near my overie plus i have been kinda light headed. my question is does anyone think that there could be some little chance that i am pregnant or am i jsut wishful thinking. and does anyone know what the pain could be from if not pregnant?

the pain can be as a result of your fellopian tubes contracting to help the egg travel to the uterus. I get this every cycle after I ovulate. But don't get discouraged, it could also mean that the pain is from the tubes helping a fertilized egg travel to the uterus :). Good luck and lots of baby dust!!

well, you definetly could be but i would wait until you missed your period or a a couple days before to test. Good luck, hope you are!!!!!
