No one is going to do your homework for you. Do a quick google search. There should be a lot of sources. Include in the search .org or .net or try doing -.com to get rid of .com's.
As a side note, i'm in Italy right now, and i've been to spain and germany. In each of these places, the drinking age for beer and wine i believe is 16. Anyways, there are a lot fewer alcholics, and the only people i have seen binge drink are other Americans. It is such an important, not taboo, cultural thing, that kids are raised to understand and respect alcohol and learn how to use it appropriately. This contrasts the American system where alcohol is this mysterious forbidden fruit, and so as soon as everyone goes to college, they go crazy and binge drink.
