Office romance?
My coworker who I will call "G" just told another coworker who I will call "C" that he was in love with her. This is making for a very awkward working environment. G knows that there could never be a relationship with C, but now G is acting very moody. I'm friends with both of them, but what can I do to help G heal his broken heart.

Time will heal him. If they weren't already involved there should be no broken heart (how did he get emotionally involved with someone he wasn't dating?). It was a rejection...he needs to let it go and move on.
With all the possible pitfalls to dating coworkers, if he's THAT sensitive, it's best this didn't work out. Every time they'd have had a spat, he'd be worthless at work.

just be a friend and help G by being a good friend. as well as C needs to do the same. it is better to keep G and C as friends and for them to loose out on a good friendship because of this. be there to support them both.
