Christians, when Muslims say that Jesus is not the son of God, do you think they are deluded?

Since becoming a part of this forum, I have come to hate the word "deluded." I believe that Jesus is the only begotten son of God, savior of the world. I also believe that people receive various degrees of revelation about God; they are judged by whether they acknowledge and respond to that revelation or ignore it willfully. A person who follows the light they have, to the best of their ability, does not have a lying heart.

We will all have our eyes opened to many things when we stand before God, for none of us has 100 percent knowledge.

The Jews only follow the Torah, which consists of only the OT.

The Muslims or rather Muhammad stated that Allah begot no sons, for if Allah begot a son, I would be the first to worship him. {Qur'an}

Now, Jesus came and preached to the Jews first, they called Him a Blasphemer. The Romans may have Crucified Him, but it was done by the Jews words of mouth.

The problem with the Jews will come when the Antichrist takes his set here on earth....after all they are still waiting on the Messiah to come.

The Muslims {to me} have a false prophet in the mist and have followed blinded to him and what he taught. The Qur'an is book loosely based on the Bible with Many changes in it.....and if you have read it...it is a religion sorely based for man and his gains here on earth...not for the woman or children. While many Muslims I have talked with feel that the Qur'an is the third and final installment to the Trilogy of the word of God.....it has changed many things in it....and those who know God's word, knows that we are not to change one thing or word in the Bible.

Although, throughout time....I feel that the Bible has been tampered with....that is why I trust No Religion....Only God Himself

Jesus is the Son of God, He died for all of ours sins and opened the door for everyone.....Not just one set of people.....but for all to have a chance at an everlasting life

My dear Jeff, out of respect, I would never label members of other faiths "deluded". In my opinion, most of the time people follow the religion of their family and ancestors.

Personally, I believe Jesus Christ is the son of God. Please keep in mind, I was born into a very Christian family. My ancestors from both sides were Christian. Case and point?

How tragic it is that people can't worship the way they wish and refrain from judgment of others with different belief's. This issue has caused misery beyond comprehension since the beginning of recorded history.

No but find me a quote in your Bible that shows Jesus declaring himself the Son of God. There isn't one mate.

Jesus called all humans the son of god.

If you want to convert Muslims to Christianity this is so not the argument to follow because it can be proven wrong so easily.

I get confused trying to keep up with who believes what.

I believe that which can be proved with empirical evidence (I heard that saying one time teehee) and am happy when people have found the path that is right for them. I will think someone deluded when they tell me that they hear voices and then I will recommend medical intervention

However ask the muslims why the jews calimed Jesus was not god

rather than god has no son?

I think all people who don't believe that Jesus was the son of God is deluded and wacko!!!

Actually I think that they are doing what comes natural. The Muslims say they believe in the Bible even, they call us 'The People of the Book'. And yet they apply a double standard. They say that the y believe in the Torah, Jesus, the God of Abraham, but only the parts they want to see. The parts of the Bible they do not want to believe "were added", but no one is saying when.

As the Jews go, they were promised by their own God that they wouldn't believe, so again, natural for them as a people to not believe. How people could miss these things which are in the book that they are talking about is an interesting phenomenon, and it proves the genius of God.

The Biblical scriptures staring them in the face, they deny what is there.

Personally, I think that they refuse to see what is obviously there because God's Spirit allows SOME people to value what is written.
