If you want fast XP, go for lower level monsters. Experiments are the best if you're a member. If you're not a member, then I'd recommend barbarian village or goblin village or stronghold of security 1st level.

If you need cash, fight hill giants.

Of course it goes without saying that you should use the best armor and weapons you can. The scimitar will give you the best xp if you are non-member.

I hope you have okay def. And fish trout and salmon. Train at hill giants and they drop big bones, good prayer experience. If you are a decent range and mage you can train on lesser demons and hide behind something so they don't hit you. Zombies are good to train, and so are skeletons. hob goblins also. Bounty Hunter with lobsters because after lvl 56-80 kind of hard for a low lvl. And train and kil noobs there for now. Good Luck.

if you are member you want to be looking to train on something like experiments or rock crabs/ they are low level with high hp and rock crabs are mainly constant xp. Unless you want to try something like pest control i would not recomend it but its up to you. There are lots of things non member aswell. You are not wasting your time as long as you firgure out he xp an hour i tried lots of things at that level and figured the best one for xp per hour. anyway good luck on this

You could wear an Amulet of Glory if you are a member or an Amulet of Power or an Amulet of Accuracy if you are a free to play to raise your equipment stats. You could get rune weapons and armour which raises equipment stats by 8.

Here are some monsters you might find use to train on (bring food) (^ is Agressive)(* is members only)

    Level 41

Abyssal leech^* (Abyss and Abyssal Area)

Bandit* (Kharidian Desert, Pollnivneach, Bandit Camp, Bandit Camp (Wilderness)

    Bearded Pollnivnian Bandit* (North Pollnivneach)

Flesh Crawler^ (Level 2 of the Stronghold of Security)

    Level 42

    Ghoul^* (Canifis)

Grizzly bear^ (through Varrock Sewers, Ardougne*, Wilderness, Relekka*,Tree Gnome Village*)

Hobgoblin (42)^ (west of Crafting Guild, Wilderness, Asgarnian Ice Caves (South of Port Sarim), Edgeville Dungeon, South of the Gnome Stronghold*, Witchaven Dungeon*, near the Karamja Hunter area*, north of Rellekka*

Magic Axe^* (Level 54 Members wilderness in the "Axe Hut, Taverley Dungeon before the Poison Scorpions)

Moss Giant^ (Crandor Isle, Varrock Sewers,The Wilderness, South of the Baxtorian Falls*, 'Moss giant island' - west of Brimhaven*, Chaos Tunnels, Brimhaven Dungeon

Spidine^* (After Tower of Life Quest)

    Ugthanki^* (Kharidian Desert)

White knight (Falador (White Knight's Castle))

    Level 43

Melzar the Mad^ (Dragon Slayer Quest)

Pyrefiend* (Slayer Task, Fremennik Slayer Dungeon, Smoke dungeon, God Wars Dungeon

    Level 44

Guard dog^* (McGrubor's Wood (Seers Village)

Zombie^ (44) (All over Runescape, Varrock Sewers)

    Level 45

Giant lobster^* (Fishing Platform (West of Seers Village)

Skeleton (45)^ (Temple of Ikov*, Low Level Wilderness Dungeon)

    Level 46

    Knight of Ardougne* (Ardougne Market)

Swordchick^* (After Tower of Life Quest)

    Level 47

    King Roald (Varrock Palace (1))

    Level 48

    Baby Blue Dragon^* (Taverly Dungeon)

Shadow Warrior^* (Legend's Guild Basement (North of Ardougne))

    Level 50

    Giant Spider^ (Stronghold of Security)

    Level 51

    Zombie Champion*^ (Champion's Challenge)

    Level 53

    Zombie (53)^ (Stronghold of Security)

Ice Giant^ (White Wolf Mountain*, lumbridge swamp cave, and the Asgarnian Ice Caves (South of Port sarim))

    Ogre^* (Ooglog)

I would reccommend the Stronghold of Security (Dungeon in Barbarian Village as there are lots of high level monsters with good drops to train on. Also the Asgarnian Ice Caves South of Port Sarim.

level 30 zombies should be ok exp at your level, you could try doing something a little higher such as white knights (fally castle) but you should definatly make sure you have decent armour =)

try the new cockroaches in the security room near edgvill or if you are a member try moss gients in kamaran jungle. if none of these sound good for you go to http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Bestiary for a full list of monsters members and non-members.

if you dont want to kill monsters try the quests that give you combat Xp for a full list go to http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Quests.
