Solve using the system of subtraction:?

x=3-y-z

2x + y - z = -6

3x-y+z=11

    if you add member by member the

    second and the third equations

    obtain:

    2x+y-z+3x-y+z=-6+11

    or

    5x=5

    then x=1

    substitute x=1 in firs two equations

    y+z=2

    y-z=-8

    add this equations

    2y=-6

    y=-3

    substitute in y+z=2

    obtain

    z=5

    Solution is

    (1,-3,5)
