y is it sum people say they luv sum 1 when they don't?

I think that they are tired of being lonely, so when they finally get in a relationship, they toss the word love around. To me it is very juvenile, yet I still see my friends in their 20's, go on a date one night, and then two days later talking about how much they love each other-then of course 2 months later, they are broken up, two weeks later, the cycle begins again. Kind of sad how the word is overused.

some people just think they're supposed to. And if a guy says it to a girl, sometimes he does what you said because he thinks that's what the girl WANTS TO HEAR.

everyone expresses their feelings in different ways, but im with you on why people say things they dont actually mean i think its stupid because if you say something and dont mean them, it is worse then not saying anything at all.
