How would he pay for it? Higher taxes. Then, he voted last August to give Osama bin Laden and other terrorists the same rights as Americans when it comes to intercepting their overseas calls in order to pick up clues needed to stop another attack.

Joe Lieberman already won his election seat. He follows the Republican foreign policy line which makes "people", by which I think you mean people outside the U.S, mad at America. If by "people" you are including yourself, you should be ashamed of hating America.

My money is on BO but I would give Hillary a 40% chance of torpedoing him and getting the nomination. I don't think either will win though.
