Our 10 yr wedding anniversary is this month.... what do I get him?

I need some suggestions on what to get my husband. Our anniversary is this month, and we are going to go away for the weekend and out to dinner - we all ready know that - so, my question is - do I get him something else - besides us spending time together? He's really hard to shop for - he doesn't wear jewelry, or watches....... any suggestions? He does like to fish, and I saw fishing poles were one of the suggested gifts on the 10 yr anniversary chart - but it feels kinda stupid giving him a fishing pole for our anniversary......... help!!

We just celebrated our 10 years in November by going to New York City. It was awesome. We didn't buy each other anything but a card. Every time we had breakfast, lunch or dinner we always said "cheers, happy anniversary" and it was very memorable. The memories of your trip will be good enough. 

Take lots of pictures and make a collage out of them when you get back of everything you did. (corks, matches, coasters, maps etc.)
