First thing, I think you mean "of" when you say "with".

Maybe your husband feels like the devil is controlling his life--like he is under so much pressure that it's killing him, maybe he or someone else is expecting more out of him than he is capable to giving. Maybe he is feeling guilty about something and his consciounce is punishing him... Who knows, but don't make any life-altering decisions based on that dream.

The Bro-in-lw isn't particularly symbolic. He probably just likes the girl and is imagining what life with her would be like.

Now for your friend's dream, I am trying to think of how to put it. Maybe she is struggling with some sort of proggression in her life, or some goal that she is trying to reach. It might be that she is always running into the same snag when it comes to carrying out her plans. That's a geuss, as I am no psychologist.

The fact that you think dreams have any spiritual meaning shows your true ignorance. Look, dreams are caused by your brain releasing higher levels of chemicals that allow imagination. you dream all night, but your brain deletes most of them from your memory. do those mean anything? I think not. what about imagining things during the day? it is the same process, but more controlled. Do those creative thoughts have great meaning? I think you need to realize that those dreams mean nothing more than your brain decided not to get rid some of your memory. Apply science before spirituality.
