Yes, there still is a 16 year old program. There is a rumor every year that it has changed to 17, but as of now nothing has changed.

Hello,,I think they raised it to 65 and lowered the speed limit to 21, but I would call the DMV first before assuming anything.

I could not find it last week so I would recommend that you just call and ask, it will be alot simpler.....................
