When two players from the same team take coincidental penalties, what determines who comes out first?

Does the coach or the players decide, or is there a rule that determines the order?

Update:

If a goal is scored by the other team.

Update 2:

If two players from the same team go to the box at the same time, and the other team scores, what determines which player comes out first.

Update 3:

Yeah, it doesn't really matter, it just occured to me, so I thought I'd answer.

Update 4:

**ask... not answer. man it's been a long day

im sure it is determined by which one was going to be called for the original penalty. (ex. player is whistled for slashing or whatever and then someone gets a penatly for roughing after the play then the one who got the call for slashing)

i play hockey and i am a referee. They come out at the same time. Like say the both took a penalty at 5:00. They would both come out at 3:00 but only after a whistle. Not during play. if the other team scores, they stay in.
