I think that Imperial Storm sounds the coolest.

My thoughts on each:
1) Steel Angels - Lame.
2) Steel Thunder - Weird. Steel thunder? What does that even mean?
3) Iron Armageddon - Armageddon is overused. Not cool anymore.
4) Imperial Storm - This is definitely my favorite. I would go with this one.
4) 45th Armada -- Imperial Firestorm - I just don't like the way it sounds.

I would have said Steel Devils instead of Angles but...Imperial Storm sounds good.
