Xbox 360 DVD Drive?

Where can I buy a new dvd drive that is identical to the drive I have, so as I do not have to flash it? Or, do all newly installed drives have to be flashed? Where can I order a brand new one online?

    the DVD Drive is mated to the motherboard from the factory. if you do not have the old drive serial number you cannot mate a new driver to the old motherboard.

    eBay is the cheapest way to go. And yes, they all have to be flashed.
