Do you get ultrasound pictures if you don't want to know the sex?

I'm not currently pregnant but I'm curious. I see all these cool ultrasound pictures and I'm wondering if someone doesn't want to know the sex do they usually still get these? I've always thought that was one of the biggest ways to tell. It just seems that no one would want to skip out on the pictures but at the same time they may not want to know the sex. I hope this question makes sense!

Don't miss out on baby's first pictures!!

The ultrasound techs can usually find different angles to print that don't show the area that may lead you to know.

I just recently had our ultrasound done and now everything is 3-D. It's so cool!

    Good luck to you!

convinced it occurs. its no longer that the ultrasound shows authentic %of the sex. Interpretation of an ultrasound photo calls for quite some education and means and is unlike gazing a photo of someone taken in the front of him. sufferers are frequently unable to 'see' the factors of the fetus the well being care service is easily heavily reading for the time of a scanning consultation. You , me can not locate something on ultrasound try. docs also no longer particular in early months , they in easy terms anticipate foundation on the indicators which may be incorrect until eventually seven months.

I have two kids and one ultrasound picture and even though when it is the way to see the sex but most people cant really see it until its pointed out to them. They ask you if you want to know the sex so you shouldnt worry about unless you see an extra something. But even if you dont want to know the sex you still should get one. I didnt get one for my second child because the nurse was having a bad day which bothered me. But make sure your nurse doesnt have one so you can get your picture.

yeppers you can get pics of the baby without seeing between the legs. Beside that unless the legs are wide open they can't be 100% sure of sex anyways. I was told girls and had 2 boys. If you request a between the legs shot they will usually give you one but usually the pic they give is a side shot showing the whole body and does reveal the sex.

Sure, baby's boy/girl parts aren't in every shot, lol. Sometimes they just can't ever get a good shot to tell the sex even when the parents do want to know. So yeah, you just let your doc/ultrasound tech know you don't want to know the sex and they will either tell you to look away when they get to that part or turn the monitor, and they will print shots that don't show it.

Its perfectly ok to get the ultrasound because usually the technician will ask whether she wants to know or not and if you say no then they will not tell you, of course unless they're really mean, lol, but all jokes aside you don't have to find out if you dont' want to and you can have as many ultrasounds as you please

I did not know the sex of my daughter, and I did get the pics of the ultrasound! They just make sure no privates are showing.

You can tell the doctor you dont want to know the sex, and he won't tell you, he will as well not give you pictures or point things out that will reveal that.

Yeah you can still get the pictures if you don't want to know the sex. Just let the technician know and they won't scan the genitalia or if they do scan it, let them know you don't want to know the sex of the baby.

it is still very hard to tell to the untrained eye even if they give you the pic of the area, mostly they give you side on profiles of the head or the body, get them they are beautiful
