God does not punish or torture people in hell for all eternity. Your concept of who God is, like most of the world, has been convoluted through false beliefs passed down from false "religions" through the centuries. The True God of the Bible IS just and fair, and will give everyone an opportunity for salvation. Our eternal future was a part of God's great plan and purpose before He created the universe—before He made the heavenly bodies by which we measure time. Even then, God had determined that only a perfect Redeemer could bring His master plan to completion. Both our future and the role of Jesus Christ in our destiny were planned by God before time began. Here is some literature that will help you understand God's Truth concerning His plan of salvation for mankind.......

First you have to know if you're a child of God or a child of the world. God doesn't burn his children. The reason there is a lake of fire is because God is a God of justice and you have broken God's law, you are a lawbreaker and a God hater but because he is also a God of love he paid the penalty for your sin so you could have a right relationship with him, he doesn't want you to go there. When you stand before him and are judged for your actions, thoughts and words....you will either stand before him as his child and recieve mercy and grace or as a child of wrath and recieve his fierce anger towards sin. In the end if you go to the burning lake of fire, you chose to go there. Thats free will. It is a punishment without end and where the worm and fire will devour your flesh and the smoke of your torment will rise forever. Would you like to know how to avoid the burning lake of fire? Or are you content to still be a lawbreaker and have no peace?

To all that says that God won't...yes I agree. The bible are written by man and they use that to scare people out of its wits so that they would believe in the "authority".
God doesn't need loving from US! What is he human and insecure???? Oh gosh! Believers are so naive and blind! God is beyond all those things!
So don't worry no body will go to hell because of God...people will experience hell because they are the ones making hell out of everything when its just a simple life...even after death!
Sometimes I think atheist would be better off with being an atheist rather than a believer as they don't have to worry about punishment after this life.

Who is to say what God wants or not. Do you really believe that God needs a representative? Do you think that he gets his kicks out of people suffering?
Look around you, he could have make us suffer a lot more just by letting a meteor strike or a mega volcano erupt, or a virus to destroy plants. Or an infinitum more ways to do so.
Yet nothing like that happens. So we most assume that God is not a sadist. Most of our misery comes from our apathy. Even hate is better than apathy, at least hate brings change. Apathy perpetuates injustice.

The christian god concept exhibits many faces. In in the previous books (previous testomony) it sort of feels greater obvious that he's a spiteful, jealous, vengeful and indignant god. in the later books (new testomony) the trinity god concept looks greater approximately love. notwithstanding, in each and every the previous and the hot, specific verses can tutor the two a form of things. some see him greater as a father parent spanking an insolent baby. i think of it truly is slightly modest whilst in comparison with condemnation to eternal torture. evaluate on your concepts. it incredibly is as much as you to make up your very own concepts. do no longer permit different human beings bully or threaten you into believing something which you do no longer. in case you're believing it just to stay away from punishment, do you incredibly have faith it, or are you in basic terms pretending?

Hi, if you really want the answer, the Bible says, "As many as received Him (Jesus Christ), to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name." (John 1:12)
So, not everyone is a child of God. Only those who receive His Son Jesus Christ and believe in His name will become His children.
Please do not be mistaken. God does love everyone. The Bible says, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
God does not want anyone to perish because He loves all of us. But because He is also a just God, He cannot tolerate sin. And all of us have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) So He has sent His son to die on the cross on our behalf, taking the punishment for our sins, so that all we need to do is to receive His gracious gift of salvation by believing on Him. (Romans 10:9-10) Those who reject His loving gift will have to face the consequences of their sins - God is a perfect Gentleman and will not force anyone to believe in His Son. He also has no pleasure in the death of the wicked. (Ezekiel 18:23)
Peace be with you, friend.

Sometimes christians like to try and have it both ways. They will say god loves you, but will send you to hell if you mess up. I think it has to be one or the other. If god sends people to hell, then he is not loving. If he is loving, then he won't send people to hell. They can't both go together.

It depends how you look at hell. And it depends how you look at earth.
If Heaven is being with God, then perhaps Hell is being without God.
And the earth as it is now, and us as we are now, these are not the way it's supposed to be. This isn't the end of the story.
There will be an end to it - and it's at that point, that people will make their final choice about whether they (the creation) will submit to God (the creator).
This is the choice we are here to make. God doesn't choose to make his children suffer by being without Him, they choose to be without Him.
It's them who walk away from Him, He doesn't send them.
The correct question is: Why would God's children choose to be without Him who created them.

He is also Just.
Imagine a judge letting a crook go because he cares about the crook, I'm sorry it don't work that way, God don't send anyone to hell... it is a choice.

Genesis 8:20-21
20 And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.
21And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.
