    It's sort of a cute way of saying something like a Roar. I've also seen it as "RAWR!"

    It's a term that is used to express excitement. Usually pertaining to sexual stuff's. Sometimes used to play the tough role. i.e. "I'll beat them all! ROWR!!" Mostly women use it because it's a "cute" thing.
