Pirates capture a french yacht?

Are we sure it was captured by pirates? Isn't it possible that someone just wanted directions and the French just surrendered in reflex?

    Did you hear about the new tank the French army designed? It has 11 different gears, and 9 make the tank go in reverse.

    my cousins from France that went yachting around the world were warned to stay close to other yachts in certain areas because of danger of pirates, and to always offer people small gifts if they were hailed.The only way to survive, boat intact, is to offer no resistance.
