    yes tide brand works especially well. NOT drink some damn milk of mag or xlax. ;)

    I wouldn't advise it.

    Try warm apple juice or warm prune juice. That always works for me.

    no way that will taste gross !! take a laxative? only one though they are lethal...make sure you have plenty of toilet roll .
