Ladies: What's your favorite PMS film festival?
You're home.
You've got cramps and the bloat. And acne.
You're evil and you have you have the munchies.
The weather sucks and you don't feel like getting dressed (because you are evil and bloated). So you pull a jacket over your grungy sweats, put on flip flops, go to the grocery store and buy a whole cart full of junk food.
You stop by the video store and you choose a whole whole bunch of DVD's based upon a certain theme. You take these DVD's home and spend the rest of the weekend slouched on the couch pigging out in front of the TV with the remote glued to your hand, rollers in your hair, and a mudpack on your face.
What's your PMS DVD film festival?

6 AnswersPolls & Surveys1 decade agoShould people have the "right to die"?
Last week, a woman in France who was suffering from debilitating facial tumors was denied the right to end her life painlessly and with dignity by the courts. Two days later, she killed herself - so I'm not exactly sure of what the courts thought they were trying to accomplish.

Because of this case, several European countries are now reevaluating their euthanasia laws.
Do you think that severely injured and/or terminally ill people have the legal right to die with dignity and on their own terms?
45 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoShould pharmacists be allowed to dictate what medications people receive based on their own religious beliefs?
The court finally ruled against this guy:

Many women are on birth control to regulate their periods, control heavy bleeding, surpress cysts and fibroids, as treatment for various female cancers, or to treat severe acne.
Many pharmacists are now refusing to fill prescriptions for anti-depressants and other psychoreactive medications (lithium). Some pharmacists claim they don't "believe" in "interfering" with the brain or they don't believe in mental illness.
If a DOCTOR prescribes birth control pills, or any other medication, because a patient needs them, then a pharmacist shouldn't have the right to deny a patient their meds because they feel that taking a certain medication might be "immoral".
27 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoIs anyone else obsessed with 80's music right now?
Most of the new music out right now is incomprehensibly awful.
Jack-FM in Baltimore plays lots of 80's music, and there have been lots of 80's parties around the Baltimore, DC, and Annapolis areas lately.
Is it a passing fad or is everyone feeling nostalgic all at the same time?

6 AnswersCelebrities1 decade agoHas anybody seen Dick Cheney lately?
Seriously. Amongst all of the political hoo-ha lately, I feel like I haven't seen or heard any media blips from Dicky-boy in.......maybe the past year or two? Condi has been more visible over the past year. And there was all that ruckus when that Scooter guy almost went to prison. But no Cheney.
Where's he at?
Did his heart finally finally go out on him and they're keeping his bloated remains mummified in a secret bunker out in Greenbelt?

This may be definative proof that most religious fundamentalists are either really dumb or really stoned.
5 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhat if Hillary and Obama become running mates in the election?
Regardless of which of them gets the nomination, what happens if the winner chooses the other to be run as VP? If Democrats don't have to choose between Hillary and Obama because they are running together, what happpens then? Will McCain still have a chance?
17 AnswersElections1 decade agoWhy are childless women considered sinful or unnatural?
Some women don't want children. Some women can't have children.
I suffered from bad endometriosis in my teens and finally had a hysterectomy when I was in college. Not only can I not have children, but I don't particularly like children, so I'm not overly concerned about the absence of them.
I'm tired of hearing about how it is my "christian duty" to have children and how I'm just being "selfish".
Why does eveyone feel the need to be so judgemental about women who don't have children? Shouldn't it be a personal issue?
