No. You pee it out for a reason; it's waste. It's the stuff your body doesn't need any more; that's why it's getting excreted from you. There's all kinds of chemicals and toxins in there, and there's no benefit from drinking it.

I would think not - The body gathers what it needs from the food you eat , then gets rid of the waste in the form of urine. I really don't see any benefit in drinking it...

urine is your bodies waste and should not be consumed.......think about it, it's everything your body didn't want in the first place so it filtered it out through the kidneys and excreted it in the form of urine. not a good idea.
