Why dose the moon rise and lower like the sun does during summer, fall, winter and spring?
I am creating an image of the earth, moon, sun and solar system in my mind like a movie. From north,(above the sun) I see earth spining counter clockwise. It is also traveling around the sun counter clockwise. But the moon always looks the same. I see a wolf with its head facing right. So I know the same surface faces us all the time and it doesn't rotate like a clock. But why does it rise and fall like the sun does from summer to winter. Why doesn't it turn with our equator instead of being aligned with all of the other planets, and why doesn't it turn like a clock? Does magnetism keep the wolf facing right?

I don't know what this wolf thing is but...
You have a good picture of what happens, but from that angle, above the north pole, it is hard to picture the answer to your question.
The ecliptic is the plane of the earth's orbit around the sun. The planets are all near this plane. The moon's orbit is inclined about 5 degrees from the ecliptic, but still nowhere near the equatorial, which is inclined 23.5 degrees to the ecliptic. It's pretty much along the ecliptic, so it follows roughly the same path that the sun and planets follow.
Keep in mind, this path itself, goes through its whole range of degrees of inclination each day. So during the full moon in summer, the sun would track very high across the sky, but the moon would seem to follow the same path the sun does during the winter. They're both close to the ecliptic, but the ecliptic appears to wobble and tilt through the day.

The earth rotates beneath the moon which causes the moon to appear to rise in the east and set in the west. The moon always has the same side toward us it rotates once every revolution which is why it has the same side facing us all the time.

What are you on? Wolf???
The moon rotates in an orbit around the earth but the same side always faces the earth.
