IM or E-MAIL to others?

why do people breeze on here and ask questions such as

Does anyone know if there is a suggestion already in forum about target reporting?

is this not a suggestion itself

then the answer would be yes

as you would be reading the suggestion already

and you answer as such

then the questioner sends a impolite instant message to you

as they do not like the answer and the fact you pointed this out to them

but does not allow people to contact them

so should people who do not allow IM or e-mail to them

not be allowed to send IM or e-mail to others

UNLESS YOU HAVE ASKED THEM IF YOU CAN CONTACT THEM FIRST FOR PERMISSION TO CONTACT THEM

but all contact is blocked in there profile

so how can you ask them if they do not allow I M or emails is it him or me on weekend leave
