Despite taking a lot of plot elements from Trigun, I still believe Trinity Blood is a generally good series though the animation in the action scenes could have been better.

Haven't seen it myself, but a lot of people praise Vampire Hunter D a lot. There's two versions of the movie BTW.

Blood+ is also very good though the first half has more action.

I personally didn't like Hellsing that much, read the manga instead.

Hellsing, i think theres 13 episodes on the 1st series, which is the best (IMO). Excellent anime.
