I'm a cosmetology major and I woul like to know which do you think i will make the most money, doing hair(styling,cutting,coloring)men&women(children) OR just cutting mens hair? OR specializing in ONE area such as cutting specialist,coloring specialist,styling specialist?

probably doing the styling, cutting, and coloring, because you would get more customers, for all three things, instead of just doing one....

Being a color and styling specialist for women at a well known salon would bring in a lot of money and tips too. Good luck!

Actually the more important thing is the location your working, in a major city customers will pay upto 4-5 times more for these treatments, plus 4-5 times increase in tips. Think financial district of any city.
The best advice is do whichever one you enjoy the most, then concentrate on a good location.
