vista, change my login account from administrator to normal?
heard when running vista as administrator is easier for virus's to attack machine. Would like to change the account to normal user but keep all my folders, icons and mp3. thanks for all your help

No need to go to a "normal" account. Just install a good antivirus program. AVG should work with Vista just fine. Google search AVG antivirus and click on the first link.

Go to control panel, user accounts ,then create yourself a second account (non adminastrator type) just to use for surfing the web or even use the guest account for surfing and password protect your adminastrator account so you can get back in if you need to make any changes
