Does anyone know the name of this old movie...?

I am trying to remember the name of an old movie that my mother used to love. It was about survivors of a world war ll plane crash. If I remember correctly, the charactors began dissappearing one by one, and at the end it was revealed that they never survived the crash in the first place.

I think the movie had "survivors" in the title, but I can't find any information on it.

I hope that there are some old movie buffs out there that know this movie.
