Of course not! Never be told it is. It is a natural way of exploring your body, and not always from lust; as people are saying. It is the way to pleasure yourself without a partner, without having to worry about pregnancy or diseases, and you find out what feels nice and what doesn't. It's a very good thing, and recently proven to be healthy and can be a release of tension, sexual or not. Literally everyone does or has at least tried it. Anyone over the age of about 14 or 15 who tells you they have never felt their privvy spots is absolutely having you on.

NO NO NO, The same thing I use to think when I was young but now I have realised that it is natural. If it is sin then sex with wife is sin. If you do not masturbate and you are normal then the semen will come out automatically in night and it should come uot otherwise in future is will become problems.

i would say that in and of itself masturbation is NOT a sin.

it has been referred to as 'onanism' after the son of Judah who was put to death for spilling his 'seed' on the ground rather than raise up a child in his brothers name with his dead brothers wife (as was the custom of the day)

but that has to do with deliberate disobedience than any kind of sexual activity

the only other concern is when doing it is what goes on in the mind at the same time. looking lustfully at someone elses wife is considered adultery in Christianity for example. but i am sure the lord forgives people who use masturbation as a means to strive for a chaste lifestyle.

How would God know one way or the other whether you spank the monkey or not? He can't see everyone everywhere at the same time. I would be more concerned if it were outlawed. Then the authorities could beat you with a stick if you were caught beating YOUR stick~
