  • How many agree that 'bishop' mike Reid has got his comeuppance at last?

This guy has been bullying, abusing and manipulating people for over 10 years now including going public as saying that 'homeless people dont deserve help - they should be left to starve'

yet it has recently transpired that he has been caught with his pants down and that being the case has been given the marching orders from his church 'peniel pentecostal church' in brentwood essex.

the question is - why was he dismissed from his post for his sin against his family rather than for grossly abusing members of his congregation (and college and school)?

is he going to make any kind of amends to those whose lives he has already ruined?

or is his church going to keep covering up for him?

why dont the current leadership resign totally and start over?

is anyone else as sickened by this as i am?

check this website out (peniel have suddenly deleted all their 'pro mike' websites in the light of this)

  • For Christians only - WHAT MAKES A GOOD CHURCH?

What makes a good church? Folks often give advice and then say 'go and find yourself a 'good church' ' and it can be hard to define what one is.

so what is a good church?

how do you know (when visiting a church) if it is a good one or not?

how can you tell if they are not truthful with you at the start but only stuff dawns on you once you try and get your feet under the table?
