Is your soul and body one...?

No. The soul of man lives inside the body of man yet ironically the invisible soul of a man will look like the physical body of a man. Only the resurrection of the dead will unite the two together again.

I do not believe they battle each other. I think the battle is more with the soul battling itself how to behave. Whether to do good or to do bad. When the soul makes a choice it interacts with the mind of man for the same choice for his physical body to do.

Therefore I do not believe the soul is good while the body is evil. I believe both good and bad done in the body has a source which is the soul. If the soul is good so is the body. If the soul is bad so the body does bad things.

You are your soul or spirit....your body is just a temporary vessel in which you reside. The conflicts that arise is the mind trying to convince the spirit that the body is most important, for the mind is the bodies translator...but still part of the body, not the spirit. If you listen to your spirit...eventually you and your body may become one, but untill then, the battle continues.

Soul, Spirit, Mind, And Body, They Are not the same but share the same space and sometimes no space! To be at Peace & Harmony you must strike the balance find the balance be the balance then all four will come together in one place at one time being everywhere IN THE CREATORS CREATION! who says we even have a "soul". And for those who think that the soul and body are one, then what makes the soul different from the body if they are both one? According to Leibniz's Law they would have to be one and the same thing.

i dont know. the concept of having a soul inside your body is fictional, since there has been no "live" soul telling his stories, and broadcasted on discovery channel. it may just be the worlds perception of something unlikely, a presence that is almost the same like the way they portray it on film. to be honest, i really dont know what the answer to this. what i know is that I have a body to take care of and i may have a soul to nurture :)

I sold my soul for a quarter and a carton of milk in the 8th grade, but the kid I gave it to gave it back to me recently. Well to answer you question, there is no scientific proof that anyone has a soul, if they do exist I would say No

Body and Soul are both "ideas" placed upon SPIRIT. The mind is dual so it is in constant conflict with itself....

we are born spiritual, emotional, mental and physical... spiritual is the language nature speaks to itself with.. so what we call spiritual is external, but we also adopt messages from nature, (that's what causes evolution) then we have emotional reaction, the spirit works with that as well.. then we have the mind.. which balance the spiritual messages, and the physical needs.. our emotions are indicators.. All this occurs in each of us seperately, in our physical body.. so our bodies are often called the vessels of this activity we know as our life.. but in actual fact.. our body is our soul...

Sometimes I feel its the latter. My body has tendencies that I know will bring bad karma but do it anyways. While my soul constantly finds ways I can redeem myself.
