Is it illegal to order Cuban Cigars online?
I know they're illegal to sell in the U.S,but would I be committing a crime if I order some online? There are websites that sell them.

You can order the cigars from Cuba, all day long and probably get away with it, as long as you pay for them. The problem is that customs will confiscate them at the border or whatever point of entry they come through. You will be a little poorer and have no cigars.
Then the customs agents will enjoy a few for themselves, selling the rest to their friends. If you order a large quantity, the more enterprising customs agents will return the whole shipment to the originator, for a fee, of course, then they can be sold to some other fool.

The Trading with the Enemy Act only applies to US Citizens - vendors outside of the US can advertise, sell and ship you the cigars without fear the embargo.
By attempting to order Cuban cigars online, you are the only one that is committing a crime.
That being said, you cannot order directly from Cuba - it just isn't possible. It IS possible to order from other countries, though.

it depends on the vendor....i had a friend who would order absinthe online all the time without problems because they shipped it as something else and customs never really had access to it. but now that absinthe's legal in the u.s....guess there's no point to all the fun of sneakyness!
with cuban cigars, i would think it's the same trend would apply.

I would assume so...usually websites like that wont even ship to certain areas because of such laws.
