that's a good idear i don't know how it is done but make sure your getting a house as good as yours and the people are nice and not going to rip you off while there in your house .how would you go about getting referances i would be careful it's a great idear if you know what you are getting.you would have to talk for at least a couple of months before deciding to do anything like that with another person i know i would.
