I Believe they are. The blind is for those who don't know God and His word, It doesn't say God healed them but opened their eyes to those who are Blind to the Truth...God Bless It is a shame that those who don't know God cant see the truth of these two scripture, Being filled with the Holy Ghost is very important to help us to learn about God and to understand the Magnificent Word of God...GOD BLESS YOU Brother...
