Help with song title, driving my hubby crazy, help please?

For several days my husband has had the tune to a song in his head, it came out in the late 1970's or early to mid 1980's, all he can remember is it's a love song about a sad man grieving over the death of his wife and in the song he is at one point dancing with her ghost.

It's NOT Ghost Dancer or Ghost Dance

Update:

Hubby isn't remembering a video but bits of a song, just enough to know what it's about, the dead woman could be a girlfriend and not a wife, he is certain it came out between 1978 to 1985 and the tune with few words stuck in his mind is making him near frantic to HEAR it to get rid of it AND stop his wondering as to it's title. I suggested GHOST DANCE & GHOST DANCER, looked them up and it's not either of those or anything else suggested, yet. PLEASE HELP! TY

hi Birdy! Roland present is appearing with Jools Holland at Burleigh, close to the place I stay. Q.2. For me there is basically one music in this classification. interior the mid 70's i grew to become right into a soldier interior the British military. i grew to become into stationed in an extremely depressing place. despite if, interior the close to East there grew to become right into a cellular Radio station referred to as the Voice Of Peace and Abie Nathan grew to become into the guy in cost. Him and his team, lightened the load for me and fairly some different provider workers at that element. The music there is basically one ..... Cray On You - heart.

Don't suppose it's "Mary Jane's Last Dance" by Tom Petty, is it? That's the only one I can think of.
