What is slant drilling, and why did it contribute to the first Gulf War? What is the Iraqi Liberation Act?

Can anyone here think independently enough to answer these questions?

That first answer is a lie. Iraq was complaining about Kuwait slant-drilling, as these links show:

Do your research, and stop lying.

The Iraqi Liberation Act was signed by CLINTON, in 1998. Which means they were planning the invasion for a long, long time. Not to mention the massive bombing of Iraq for a decade and complete destruction of any of its offensive capabilities. (tip of the iceberg)

Slant drilling is where the bore hole goes down at a slant to tap into an oil reserve beneath property that doesn't belong to you.

Iraq tried slant drilling to tap into Kuwait's oil reserves. Didn't work too well and the Kuwait government ordered them to stop. Iraq decided to take the fields by force and plunder Kuwait while they were at it.
