Why are problems in the world not Gods responsibility?

Forget free will and the devil

Imagine god as the head of a multinational company (ie earth) its the desicions he makes that effects whats going on

not his employees. If people are causing problems its up to the boss to sort it out.

its my opinion that If earth was a big company, I would have asked God to step down as CEO a long time ago....

Update:

what use is a leader who doesnt take action when required.....

The Bible tells us why it's not God's responsibility: (1) "the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one" (Satan), and (2) James 1:17 says that "with evil things God cannot be tried, nor does he try anyone".

So from those two points we glean that Satan is the ruler of this world right now, and it's HIS influence that is felt over the majority of human society, thus bringing misery to billions today. Also, James tells us that God does NOT bring the bad things in life upon us; he does not bring trials and pain and misery to us; because to do so would be to attribute evil to God and God is not evil; but Satan certainly is.

In God's due time, which is fast-approaching, all of the problems that we experience in life will be completely done away with, a thing of the past that we will never experience again or call to mind. Just because WE, personally, may feel that he's taking no action in the time that we want him to doesn't mean that he doesn' thave the situation well in hand and isn't abiding by his set time to correct matters.

the boss of the company makes rules that the employees are supposed to follow in order for the company to run smoothly and produce a product.

but there are still employees who act independently of the rules.. and that can eventually cause problems.

since the employees are not following the rules .. then what good would it do to have the CEO step down?

clearly.. the boss is being very lenient with the employees in that he doesnt fire them.

Your logic is quite flawed. The CEO can only set the standard. It's up to the individual to conform to that standard and abide by it. No one can control the employee and if the employee wants to destroy the company, it is entirely within his power to attempt to do it.

When the employee is found out - he is fired.

How much greater is God then, that with all of your screwups, He still doesn't fire you? You have to ask to quit.

I would argue the exact opposite.

That in a perfect world with no problems, we would have less use for a God - any God - not more.
