How can you keep African dwarf frogs away from?
I have a powerful filter and i do have afican dwarf frogs in my 20 gallon tank but they were not babys when i put them in there i had started them out in a 10 gallon tank. I did buy a baby frog not to long ago and he got stuck in filter i got him out but he died next day. Was wondering how i can cover the end of filter so they dont get stuck but yet still have the filter do its job. I really dont want to set my 10 gallon back up because i dont have a filter or heater for it any more.

If possible, you can turn the filter on low.. Otherwise, put a nylon over it- or something else mesh and screenlike. :) Good luck, sorry for your loss.

THe best thing to do if your filter can not be turned down some is to take a piece of pantyhose and put it over the filter intake tube that goes into your tank. Many people do this with their dwarf frogs.
