American History?

Put these documents in the order in which they were drafted/signed, and name the one person whose signature appears on all four.

US Constitution

Articles of Association

Declaration of Independence

Articles of Confederation

Update:

By the way. This is not for homework. I do already know the answers.

Update 2:

Sydney is correct on the order, but that was the easy part. Benjamin Franklin did not sign all four.

Update 3:

I could have listed them in order, but thought it would be more interesting to get people to think about them, since most people probably never even learn about two of them, despite them being the "four great documents" of our history. While there are a lot of common signers between any two, and several who signed three, only one man signed all four.

Update 4:

Not Jefferson, not John or even Samuel Adams. It's not someone on any of our currency, he's not generally known today, although he was respected at the time. Jefferson once said of him that he "never said a foolish thing in his life."

It's not that there is no American History or that BRITISH history is older it's just that American history is not documented. It is more than likely that humans were living on America 100s of years before they living in Britain because of the climate. It really depends on you point of view......would you prefer to look into more depth at British history or would you like to try and discover American History. Of course there is still American History recorded, such as the founding of the land, the independence war (which you will celebrate on the 4th July) and the civil wars and maybe even the most important yet the American Foreign Policy. I wouldn't say we are expected to know anything as much you are, for example i think near enough everyone knows about what the 4th July marks in America, but i think this may be because Americans are much more Patriotic. However when saying that we celebrate Bonfire Night, which marks the night that Guy Fawkes was executed after trying to kill the King (Charles I). In lower years of High School we study things such as the Black Plague, The Great London Fire and the Tudors. Then when getting into our fourth year of high school we study more of Wold War I and World War II. We still study American History, for example we did about the assignation of Kennedy.
