Sometimes I'd get that and I believe it was just old blood. Is she having cramps? Do you think she may have miscarried? If it continues get her to a GYN immediately. They will do a DNC and see what the problem is. She may have miscarried and didn't know it. And anything left behind needs to be cleaned out. Good luck.
