Should Yahoo Answers have a "What will happen in 2012" Category.....?
Do you think this category should have an auto answer of: "On the winter solstice in 2012 the sun will rise in the east, you will go through the day as normal and after the sun sets in the west and the next day comes it will be......the next day. Thank you for your time at Yahoo! Answers. If you choose to ask this question again or if you ask this question in another category your account will be frozen for 24 hours as a warning and auto-deleted if you ask again."
This question is just for you Qi!!! ha-ha

LOL thanks bro.
I saw your question last night and kind of figured that. I spent some time to come up with a good answer untile I saw yours today. EXCELLENT. I have nothing that can top that.
Now, how do I give YOU the best answer? lol
Seriously, it's craziness. The count is at 7,105 so far.

The last time I calculated it out, it came to 9 questions per day!
Let's see, what do I have four more hunting seasons or will I get five before Nibiru causes the planets to line up with some black hole and the aliens will crash into the Yellowstone supervolcano causing the poles to flip just before we get hit by the killer asteroid foreseen by Nostradamus. Hmmm now where did I put that book 'How To Survive 2012'?
My greatest wish is to have someone find the 'missing' Mayan calendar that goes up to 2013. Then watch all of the aholes scramble to say that their calculations were off by a year and what they REALLY meant was that the world was ending in 2013 not 2012. That would be a gas. Except it would give the Nibiru freaks another reason why we still can't see the damn thing. Guess you can't win for losing.
Maybe you can give us all here some advice on what we need to pack the day before LOL.
Sure, I can tell y/a where they can shove...um...I mean kindly ask them to place it into Mythology and Folklore or start a new category called Historical Hoaxes And The People That Believe In Them or Hysterical Hoaxes And How Anyone Can Possibly Fn Believe Them.
Ok I'd better go before I get deleted by the y/a police.
Have a great day.
Source(s): wow check it out the count went up 16 just since the person above me posted. On a serious note, I have asked y/a for a FAQ button like they have the Report button but trying to communicate with yahoo execs is like talking through an echo chamber in an abyss. - 1 decade ago
That auto-answer would come in handy over in the Religion & Spirituality category too! "2012" questions pop up a lot over there too!

Yes as I have pointed out several times before. If you type in 2012 in he Search for questions box you'll see that the number of times that question has been asked is up to 7,089 times.
.
That's got to be some kind of record.
.
Up there with:
.
"why do kamikaze pilots wear helmets?"
.
"how do I become a pilot and how much money will I make?"
.
"if the black box on a plane is indestructible why don't they make the whole plane out of the same thing?"
.

It demonstrates how the people who constantly ask these question are profoundly unintelligent. They should have their own little section "Nutjobs - post your questions here". There'd only be a few questions in there - 2012, Planet X, Faked moon landings - repeated hundreds of times each.
- How do you think about the answers? You can sign in to vote the answer.

If we do that, we might as well make a 'what happened to Pluto' category, a 'are their aliens?' category, and a 'why is the sky blue' category. Although I do support the account freezing/deleting for asking the same stupid question over and over and over again.

If there was such a category, do you really think the geniuses who ask that question would be able to find it? We already know that they're too dumb to find their own a$$es with both hands.
- Anonymous1 decade ago
Yes, i totally agree with you.
Also, the constant questions about whether Pluto is a planet!!
AND, the questions asking whether man has landed on the Moon!
- Anonymous1 decade ago
Yes!!! I am pissed off by that question. They keep asking it. If there is a section like that, I would not go to it and answer those hateful questions
- RationalThinkerLv 51 decade ago
Agreed! Let's also add "was the moon landing faked?", anything related to "Nibiru", and juvenile questions about Uranus.
