Although this is most likely braxton hicks and your body getting ready for labor, I would still contact your doctor.

My first guess would be braxtin hicks contractions, which are quite normal at this stage in the game. They are known as "practice contractions" where the uterus is getting prepared for its hard work during real labor. But , as you know, if they are regular, and do not cease or become spotty with either standing or laying down for twenty minutes or so, then yes, I would indeed call the doctor. It is not uncommon for women who have had multiple births to soemtimes go into early labor. Blessings.....

it really could not do any harm by giving the doc a call. maybe they will bring you in for a quick check just to be sure everything is on the up and up. It is always better to be safe when unsure and I know you will feel alot better when you find out everything is ok. good luck.

yes. make an appoinentment with your doctor as soon as possible. being less then a month away, the cramps could be a sign of early birth, so go see your doctor.

yes check just in case. you will be happier if you have checked and everything is OK, then if you don't check and something is wrong.

    good luck!
