Has anyone gone to South Korea working with this agency or know of anyone who has? If so, how did it go? Did the agency do a good job? Did you have any problems because of the agency? Or perhaps, any problems the agency resolved?
Which programs did they use? I'm looking for a reputable agency who people have gone through and had good experiences with.

I don't know of anyone who has used that specific agency, but i know 5 people who have gone to Korea to teach though various agencies and all absolutely loved it. 2 of them signed up for another year, and 1 has just signed up for his 3rd year in a row
