I know the person that she loves and I know that he doesn't love her because he sees other women.
I could never tell this because she would think that I was lying just so I could go out with her.

Life is short. Tell them how you feel either in a letter, in person or over the phone. You never know, they may be in a relationship that is falling apart and if you don't say anything, you'll never know.

if they love someone else, dont waste your time, unless your can really change their mind or have lots of money, women love money and goodlifes
