serious question about physical fitness...????
I was going to start jogging today ( bought the running shoes, got the sweats) so I put on my sweats......is that good enough for the first day??? just putting on the sweats??

you overdid it. the first day just put on the bottoms, practice moving from the computer to the frig, stuff like that. second day put the top on, spend the day breaking in the sleeves by lifting a vodka bottle. after that you can pretty much run a marathon.

Put the sweats on and watch a good action movie, at least your mind will get some exercise. Put the sweats on for a good week so you know how you feel in them and wash them a couple of times first. Put the running shoes by the door so you can remember that you got them for running. Drink a little vodka and go sweat it out. Good for you.

sweats are good in the winter and autum late and spring. but be careful in the summer and late spring.. you can raise your body temperature to dangerous levels.. but some of the good things about sweats. is that the sweating will clean your pours and make your skin soft.. but beware have a bottle of water handy so you can cool down if you over do it.. ok gilermo..

oh no, you put on the sweats already? that shouldnt happen until at least the 3rd or 4th day, did you do your stretches first? oh man you could have done a serious injury. oh the ramifications...this is what happens when people jump straight into things without the proper guidance

Splash some water on yourself so I looks like you've been sweating.
Remember to breath really hard, too, and jog in place when you talk to people.
