I have done many papers on controversial issues. A few I have done with many aspects of the topic and lots of information are Global Warming, Paying College Athletes, Gun Control, The Legalization of Marijuana, or if uniforms or no dress code should be instated in schools. I have done lots of studying on all sides of these issues and I recommend going to the library and utilizing the librarian, reading encyclopedia, or using a reliable internet source (not wikipedia). i think the sweatshops in China (what you were talking about the child labor) is a good idea, because buisnesses are for it because its cheap for them, and a lot of people are against it because its sad.

also, i think illegal immigration would be a good one, because some people think that it helps our economy (because they work for way cheaper than a citizen would), and other people are mad because they don't pay taxes and our tax dollars pay for them.
