My puppy likes to eat sticks, leaves and worms.?
I give her toys to play with and chew while she is out in the yard but she keeps eating these things. I have pulled them out of her mouth repeatedly and told her "no, bad dog". I have tried hitting her nose (not hard) and have made her come in when I find her eating these things. How do I make her stop and is it harmful for her to eat these things.

A puppy is a puppy and will eat and chew anything they can get their teeth into. Don't worry! Just make sure that you don't have any plants that are poisonous in your yard like oleander! Do some research on the net it is your best resource! Go to your local $2 shop and buy some colourful squeaky dog toys and balls on a rope, she will love these and if you attach it to something firm like a fence post, she can play tug of war for hours. Remember puppies get bored very easily and if they find something that entertains her but is getting your attention because your not happy with her doing it , she will continue to get more attention! I know its hard but ignore her! If its not harming her, she is more likely to stop doing it if she isn't getting any attention from it! Good Luck!

Sticks aren't great as they can splinter in their mouths - meaning a trip to the vets.
Also Lungworm is on the rise which is contracted by snails and slugs, not sure about worms though, but better to be safer than sorry. See the attached link on this.
I don't know how easy it is to clean the garden up of sticks, which is the easiest thing to remove.
Can't see how leaves would do any real harm.
In time though she will grow out of this and not find certain things so appealing.

I don't know if it is harmful and have no idea why other than they are dogs.
Is she actually eating them or just chewing them up?
I wouldn't hit her on the nose though.
